Well now my weight is in the low 150s. Time to get serious again I suppose.

I tried to track here and there throughout the summer and it never stuck-- this time I've been tracking for four days and it's going pretty well. It's easier with dave around because we eat healthily together-- when I'm by myself I can easily just keep eating. What's for dinner? First a few pizza slices... then some chips... then some cheese... etc. I don't know why I do it-- half way through I'm not even hungry anymore.

Anyway another good thing is that my roommate and I are going to workout at least once and sometimes twice a week. Today I can feel my arm muscles, last week my leg muscles were sore. If I keep it up hopefully I'll have some good fat-burning muscle!
