2009-07-16 - 1:25 p.m. I'm back on tracking my foods, starting this week, because I'm not sure quite where my weight is. It seems to fluctuate between 145 and 150 these days. I think I'd like that to be more like 142 and 146. Also now there's one month left in the lean body mass challenge on Glenway! :) I was doing the hundred pushups and two hundred situps routines until mid-june, then I quit. Now I started again. I'm also training for a big bike ride. So hopefully I'm building muscle! Anyway it's hard tracking what I eat... since I feel like I kind of have to do it forever... I should try to get a different mindset though. Like, how do I learn how to eat healthily, and how much "splurging" am I allowed while still maintaining my weight? Only by tracking, and testing ideas, can I really know what's best for me... it just seems like a bit undertaking. I don't know why it's so much harder than losing the weight in the first place.
